The staff was really helpful, very polite and supportive, many thanks to everyone that was at the reception desk during our stay! The location of the hotel is great (close to railway station/bus station/Metro station etc.), the breakfast is good (especially the croissants and the coffee :)), the room was comfortable, so I would recommend it for short or medium stays for visiting the wonderful Paris.

The staff was incredibly nice and forthcoming! We had to leave a bit earlier to catch a train and they made sure the breakfast was prepared a littlebit earlier so that we would be in time. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is simple but with quite a few options (buns, croissants, apple sauce, orange juice, coffee, yoghurt, apples...). The hotel itself is a littlebit older but that really is compensated by the staff who try to make sure you have a great stay. For this prize, there really isn't anything to complain about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location (gare du Nord; gare de l'Est) 10 min walk to Montmartre and Folies bergères. 25 min walk to Galeries Lafayette and Opéra Garnier. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Built-in closet. Spacious bathroom with hot water!

It was within walking distance of la gare du nord. It was clean. The staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. There was a good selection of items for breakfast.

The location was great, the staff really friendly and interested. The room was small but tidy and clean. Due to it being really warm we left tjr window open all day and night and therefore really noisy, however this is the centre of Paris and this is what one can expect 😃
